The comparable sales for the Corefact Home Estimate are pulled based on a property's similarity to the subject property and take into consideration several attributes. The attributes include distance to the subject property, similarity in size, and property features.

Once similar comparables are found, the main component of value is derived from price per square foot bands, which are adjusted to the subject property.

Provide Your Own Comparable Sales

Agents can provide their own comparable sales that can be used in lieu of or to augment Corefact comparable sales. This allows the agent to pick and choose what is shown. This is useful when the agent is targeting very specific characteristics and attributes, like homes by a particular architect.
