What Is a Home Estimate Radius, and How Can I Update It?

Corefact lets you set your home estimate radius, also known as the comparable sales radius. This is not the same as a mailing list radius. A home estimate radius is the radius at which homes around the subject property are pulled for comparable sales. This reflects the radius of comparable sales on your postcards and on your www.RealEstateHomePrice.com pages.

Choose the comparable sales parameters you'd like reflected, then set the radius from which the homes will be pulled. The radius can be set between .25 – 3 miles.

Note that editing the radius affects the entire mailing list; editing the radius of individual leads is not permitted. If you would like to set different radius parameters to your mailing list, contact us at cs@corefact.com or 408.777.3986.

Here’s how to edit the radius pulled:

Click “Contacts” from the store.

From the "Dashboard" click the "Contact Groups" tab.

Click the gear icon and select "Estimate Settings".

Set the preferred maximum radius in miles, then save.
