Corefact Teams is a branded Team Store for real estate teams that need shared marketing templates, team-wide ordering, and ongoing print discounts—without a full brokerage Enterprise program.

Corefact Teams is designed for real estate teams that want a dedicated, branded ordering portal. Small Teams are defined as 3 to 10 individuals, and Large Teams are groups of 11 or more individuals located in a single office. Brokerages must include all licensed salespersons and marketing support staff toward their team count.

A Team Store includes a branded Corefact portal with your color scheme and logo, shared custom and favorited designs across team member accounts, admin tools to order marketing for team members, a dedicated Customer Experience Representative, a 20% discount on liaison fees, and additional team-specific discounts and promotions.

Team Stores include unlimited 5% savings on every order, plus additional team-specific promotions when available. Discounts on Corefact Teams annual subscriptions, if applicable, apply for the first year at checkout. After one year, the annual subscription auto-renews at the full retail price using the card on file. Offers cannot be combined with previous or other offers and may not be available to some company stores.
