What is auto fill marketing?
Corefact is using ListHub data to automatically match an agent’s listing to their Corefact account as soon as it hits the MLS.
All property listing details and photos are instantly available for agents to create listing marketing materials using the Corefact auto fill templates. This saves agents time to create and start their marketing.
How Does it Work?
When an agent’s listing is live on the MLS, Corefact automatically pairs that listing to the listing agent’s Corefact account. The agent can see all their listings directly on templates in our store using the auto fill feature (Just Listed, Just Sold, Property Flyers & Brochures, Property Flyer Signs, and Virtual Property Websites). They simply click the desired property, and all product templates on the page will auto complete with the property photos and details.
The MLS activity information is provided by ListHub. If an agent’s broker or MLS is participating in the ListHub syndication program they will automatically receive an email from Corefact once their listing hits the market and is available in their account.

How does an agent know if their listings are on ListHub?
ListHub agreements are with an MLS. Agents can ask their broker if their MLS participates in the ListHub program. If the agreement to distribute the listings was contracted by the MLS, a broker could be unaware. Agents can check here to see if their MLS is listed.
What marketing products are offered?
Just listed and sold postcards, property brochures and flyers, signage, and single property websites. Online and offline marketing are covered!
Will an agent know their listing is in their account?
Yes! Agents will receive an email alerting them that their listing is now available in their account, and those listings will present themselves on all auto fill product pages.
What if an agent doesn’t see their listing and their MLS is participating in the ListHub program?
If an agent’s MLS is connected to ListHub it’s likely either their broker has not activated their office’s listings or hasn’t opted in for the Corefact feed. Here is how a broker can opt-in for ListHubsyndication (it’s free!). To opt-in for the Corefact feed, the broker needs to log in to ListHub and click the publisher’s tab and search for Corefact. In the meantime, you can still use our listing products by entering your information manually.
If neither the agent’s broker nor their local MLS is participating in the ListHub program, how can the agent get their listings into their account?
To get all of your new listings attached to your Corefact account, ask your broker to submit a request for an “unsupported MLS” by clicking here for the ListHub form. In the meantime, you can still use our listing products by entering your information manually.
