Corefact offers USPS Informed Delivery Campaign Service

What is USPS Informed Delivery®?
Informed Delivery is a free email notification feature that gives residential homeowners the ability to digitally preview their mail and manage their packages scheduled to arrive soon. Informed Delivery allows homeowners to view what is coming to their mailbox whenever, wherever on a computer, tablet, or mobile device.
Where is Informed Delivery currently offered?
Informed Delivery is now available to eligible residential and PO Box homeowners in most zip code locations across the country.

What is the Interactive Informed Delivery at Corefact?
Every time you purchase direct mail pieces using first-class or standard-class mail, USPS will now capture the color image of the piece plus a “ride along” image and share it at the top of the recipient’s email before it arrives in their mailbox. A digital impression and a physical impression increase the rate of retention and double branding efforts.
Please note: The variable data on postcards (homeowner's name, address, their home on a map, and the QR/key code) will be generic in these instances.
What’s a ride along image?
Ride along campaigns allow us to enhance your direct mail pieces by including an interactive banner image along with a color preview of the mail piece. The interactive banner link will point to a "contact me" landing page that is unique to each customer. When the contact form has been completed you will receive an email with their information to easily follow up.
Why should I be marketing with Interactive Informed Delivery at Corefact?
You can double your impressions with one mail piece! With nearly 70% of Informed Delivery subscribers opening their email daily, the chances of paying attention to your corresponding mail piece go up. Add timeliness and your mailer at the top prime location of the email into the mix, and you have a real opportunity to target customers at the beginning of their day when they are less distracted!
Interactive Informed Delivery Email Report
Will I get a click report that lets me know how many and who opened the email and if they clicked on the ride along ad?
Customers, using the Interactive Informed Delivery will receive an Informed Delivery Report via email (sent seven days after the target date for first-class mail and 14 days after the target date for standard class mail) showing their mail piece and the number of impressions they received and the people who opened the email. This information is also available in an agent's account under order history.
When anyone clicks the ride along image and completes the contact page form, a notification is sent to agents via email, including the person’s contact information and the comments they made on the contact form.
How much do Informed Delivery campaigns cost?
There’s no charge at this time for the Interactive Informed Delivery, which is in color and includes a ride along ad.
How can I get more people in my farm or SOI on Informed Delivery so they can see my mailers?
