Important Information

EDDM is not recommended for time-sensitive mailings. If timing is critical to your EDDM campaign, it’s important to plan ahead to ensure your delivery arrives, usually within a two-week timeframe.

EDDM Custom Upload Guidelines

• The PDF design must be a 6” x 11” or 6” x 12” postcard or a 8.5” x 11” flat mailer.
• Mailing area is selected by carrier route (or a subsection of a ZIP code). For more information, visit USPS.com/everydoordirectmail.
• Use EDDM Retail Indicia, a postage payment mark, instead of a regular postage or meter stamp. Download a ready-to-use EDDM Retail Indicia.
