What is the cost for custom design work?

Custom design work is billed at $100 per hour in 15 minute increments with a minimum $25 charge.

What do you consider minimum work?

Examples such as simple fixes to an online order, removing and/or adding text, adding a photo, photo box modifications, color changes and updates to variable and non-variable text fields are all considered minimum fixes and would fall under the $25 minimum. We provide up to three rounds of revisions for review and approval.

What is the turnaround time for minimum work?

In general, it takes one business day for the first proof.

What is the turnaround time for a completely custom design?

In general, it takes two business days for the first proof.

Once the proof is approved, how many days does it take to be delivered?

Once proofs are approved, it will take two business days to print and deliver to the post office, and one business day to print and ship or have ready at will call.

What is the difference between a custom design and a template?

A custom design is a static piece whose elements cannot be changed once uploaded. A template can be created from a custom design and would include fields that you could change each time you order. It would be placed into the "My templates" category in your Corefact store and could be editable just like the standard Corefact pieces. You can create front templates and mailing side templates. If you create a front template only, you would be able to choose from any Corefact mailing side template. And conversely, if you create a mailing side template only, you would be able to choose from any Corefact front template.

Can my custom design be made into a reusable template?

Yes. For a single-sided design template the charge is $99.

What is the turnaround time for templates?

Custom templates are made available within your account within five business days after approval.
