Virtual Property Website

You want every tool in your toolkit when listing a property in these circumstances. It’s not just a virtual tour. It’s a Matterport 3-D tour and a virtual property website/tour. The 3-D tour is cool and impressive, but it doesn’t necessarily have all the great city and neighborhood details that a virtual property website does. Moreover, it is also one of the few safe ways to stay in contact with your neighborhood and clients during the COVID-19 pandemic. Whether your talking about a listing or just explaining how you're coping, as long as it's genuine, it's a good thing.

 

High-Quality Photos & Staging

Since home buyers cannot schedule in-person open houses so easily, it is more important than ever to provide consistent, high-quality images and perhaps virtual staging.  You may or may not be able to send a photographer or stager to your listing. If you can’t, walk your seller (virtually) through photographing their home and make recommendations for semi-staging their home.
